6 Unimportant Things
Alrighty, I got “tagged” for another fun round of get to know things about Gina you could have lived without knowing:) I was tagged by my nice homeschooling neighbor, Jody, who I am glad is across the street. So, without further adieu, I will list 6 things that aren’t all that important about me:
1. I have a mild tendency to do something just because someone else says that I can’t. (Not exactly sure what I have to prove… but I have been like that for as long as I can remember, can be a good and bad thing, I guess.)
2. I can’t stand our media. It drives me nuts knowing how much influence ridiculous magazines, tv shows, so called “news” stations, and movies have on how we view life and all of its aspects. I refuse to succumb to the mindless reasoning that is so pervasive in this world.
3. If I could find another country to move to that wasn’t moving toward socialism, I would. I find it sad that our country once founded on Christian values and ethics has eroded away to “tolerance” for everything anti-Christian and where Christian-oppression is evident (at least we aren’t thrown in prison for preaching the truth - yet).
4. I like to have all my kids where matching outfits to church on Sundays. I am not sure why, I just think it looks so cute.
5. I took a personality test once and found that I was a perfectionist/fun-lover. So I guess I love to have a perfectly good time;) Which is why we travel hundreds of miles with our 5 kids loaded up in the van, in the middle of winter to go and have a blast with our friends down south.
6. I hate cleaning my juicer. I use it everyday, because I can hear all the reading I have done talking to me about the benefits of it, especially while being pregnant, all the day long; but I put off cleaning it until the absolute last moment possible (and sometimes beg my dear sweet hubby to do it for me).
So there you have it. 6 things about me, you really didn’t need to know. Now I suppose that I am going to “tag” 6 other people ( I will probably only tag a couple) so that the fun will continue.
I tag:
Rachel; Chrissy; Janelle; Heather; and Sarah.
Here are the “rules”:
- Link to the person that tagged you.
- Post the rules on your blog.
- Share six non-important things/habits/quirks about yourself.
- Tag six random people at the end of your post by linking to their blogs.
- Let each random person know they have been tagged by leaving a comment on their website.

#3- We have considered Norway. You think Im kidding. My stickers page is true when it says ‘America Eats its Young.’ I just want to do all I can to make sure they dont get mine.. Somehow…
The main reason I don’t juice is because the leftover and the cleaning gags me and i’m too lazy. Plus if you put it off, its even worse!
I admit, I’m a little like #1 too..
I love to match my kids too. I need a girl though, girls are so cute. Your Hannah is the most petite little thing I have ever seen. The perfect girl baby!
Sorry we missed you on Sunday! We’ll be up to visit soon. Ernie was talking about doing a Michigan/up north trip so maybe we can do it then! love, S

Ok, I know I wrote a comment earlier. I’m not sure where it went. Maybe I forgot to hit ’submit’ before I restarted my browser. I probably did. I’m sick and my brain is not working. I don’t even remember what I wrote. I do not enjoy having a cold - I’m ready for Spring to get here and kill off all the sickness bugs!!!
I’m glad you made it back safely. You missed the nice weather here by just a couple of hours, I think. I saw you just got home when I was heading up to bed last night. I think if I were you, I would have been tempted to turn around and head back south again!
Anyway, thanks for playing along on the tag.
If I had any brain power I’d make some clever remark or two about your items, but I don’t have it in me tonight. I’m not even sure why I’m not in bed. I just realized it’s after midnight. Where did the night go?
I’d better hit submit before I lose it again…

More of the scary workings of Janelle’s mind are on display.
